What to include
Tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. If you are using a test build we supplied, please include its version, your iPhone model and your iOS version.
- Include the wording of any message or error.
- For file-related issues, start with the format, size and duration.
- Remove private names and other personal details from screenshots.
Please do not attach private recordings, passwords, payment details or identity documents to an initial enquiry. If a sample is needed, we will discuss it with you first.

Where can I download the app?
No products have been publicly released yet. A genuine App Store link will appear on this website when our first app is ready.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes. Tell us how you currently complete the task and which step is difficult. A specific situation helps us understand what would make a useful tool.
Should I send an audio file with my question?
Start with a description and the file format, without sending private audio. If we need a sample, we will discuss the smallest appropriate example with you.
How do I ask about privacy?
