This website is operated by Quantum Advisors Limited, a company based in Hong Kong. This policy covers the website and correspondence with the studio.
Our apps will have separate notices. Our first app has not been released; see its pre-release privacy information. Its effective policy will be updated against the release build before launch.
When you visit
This website has no user accounts or submission forms. We do not install advertising trackers or visitor analytics, and our website code does not set cookies or use browser local storage.
Hosting, delivery and security providers may still process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time and requested page to deliver and protect the website. Security services may use essential cookies when needed; these are not set by this website’s code.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any name or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate your question and manage related correspondence.
We use Apple iCloud Mail for company email and forward copies of incoming company messages to Google Gmail for review and handling. Apple and Google process the corresponding message content, contact details and attachments under their applicable terms and privacy policies: Apple and Google. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
Service providers and transfers
We use hosting, security and email providers to run the website and respond to enquiries. These services may process or store information outside Hong Kong. We do not sell correspondence or use it for advertising.
This website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and security, and our contact mailbox uses Apple iCloud Mail with copies of incoming messages forwarded to Google Gmail. These platforms may handle information under their own roles and policies: Cloudflare, Apple and Google.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical information held by hosting providers follows their applicable retention practices.
For a request to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided, contact contact@quantumstudiohk.com. We assess requests under applicable requirements, may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity, and will explain any information we need to retain.
