This app is in development. This notice describes its current design direction, not a final policy for a released product. We will verify it against the actual features, third-party components and purchase flow before launch.
The app and its status
Quantum Advisors Limited is developing an iPhone utility for converting existing recordings to MP3. It has not been publicly released, and its final name may change before launch.
The effective privacy policy for the release version will be available in the app and on its store page.
Audio and files
The current design processes audio on the device: you select an input, the app converts it locally and creates an output. The current conversion workflow is not designed to upload your audio to a server operated by the studio.
If you choose files from iCloud or another file provider, or use system sharing, those services handle files according to your choices and their policies. The release policy will explain the actual handling of imported copies, outputs, temporary files, deletion and device backups.
Purchases and third-party services
Paid features are currently planned to use Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment; the app may use transaction information supplied by Apple to verify or restore access. The studio does not need your full payment card details.
Before release, we will check how purchase records are stored, all network requests, third-party components and any diagnostic data. On-device audio processing alone is not a claim that the entire app collects no data.

If you contact support, we receive the message and any information you choose to send. Our website and correspondence policy explains this handling. Please do not attach private recordings to an initial enquiry.

Before release
We will replace this pre-release notice with a policy for the actual app version, checking file and purchase data, third-party services, retention and deletion, and alignment with the App Store privacy labels.
